Management

Wolfram Zimara, the founder of the company, laid the foundation for our success with entrepreneurial foresight.
His sons, Stephan Zimara (since 2004) and Jan Christian Zimara (since 2007), have actively shaped the company for many years. After serving as authorized signatories (2012–2017), they jointly assumed management in 2017.
With a clear vision for sustainable growth and innovative solutions, they are leading the company into the future.

Extended Management

Gertraud Zimara has been part of the company since its inception and has contributed her experience and dedication to management as an authorized signatory for many years.
Since 2025, Wladimir Brendel, who joined the company in 2013, has complemented the leadership team as an authorized signatory. With his expertise, he strengthens our focus on innovation and continuous development.
